Don Mangus Mind Map: "The Mind" Networks

The Mind Mind Map by yours truly, Don Mangus, 2012

Here it is, my first published Mind Map! Instead of swiping one off the net, I finally drew my own. I tried to integrate many of the network feedback, behavioral, and biological concepts I've learned from my lately obsessive readings in neuroscience, genetics, epigentics, sociology, nutrition, sleep, and biology into a mind map of the complex interconnected factors at play in our personalities, identity, moods, and emotions.

Juan Makabayan's "Stop Anxiety and Worry" Mind Map

Blogger Juan Makabayan has mapped out some coping strategies for dealing with anxiety and bereavement on his blog. Visit this  link, if you’d like to see his map in more detail.

Juan says he’s a believer in writing regularly in a blog or journal to help cope with feelings of loss and grief. He also says visual thinking and mapping tools have also served this purpose for him.

It clarifies complex ideas by making associations to different concepts. It relieves the mind from overthinking via conventional or verbose ways. In fact, it  also frees us to process information in a different way. I believe that it helps clarify thinking towards a more rational framework,” he says.
